- vs statesman 5.0litre
hi. i need some help figuring out whats wrong with my power steering on my 5.0l vs statesman.. ive got no power steering what so ever, theres plenty of oil in it and no leaks.. i was driving along normally and my steering went all loose for a bit, then went completely rock solid, i can barely turn the wheel.. when i first start it the steerings loose for about 30seconds then i can barely turn the wheel again.. ive just brought the car 2weeks ago, its got a new belt on it.. And when i start it and give it a rev its makes a really loud skreetching sound for about a minute coming from around the power steering, its been making the same sound before and after the power steering has completely stopped working... can someone please help me figure it out koz its doing my head in.... cheerz
