lost old dizzy with marks please help

    hey everyone i got a VR 5.0 i took out the old dizzy coz it was rooted and marked the old dizzy so timing is right but lost the bastard, i got the new one now and dont know how im gonna know that the timing is right, does anyone know a way to install new dizzy correctly so the timing is right. is there any marks to show correct timing or do i have to take the head off and crank motor to correct timing? please help guys cheers

    mate cheers heaps for that, ill have to crank the motor to find correct timing, do you know the best way/most easy way to do that?

    I just flick the key real quick until its close and then use a socket and breaker bar.
    Just make sure there are no fuels lines that are disconnected, or it could all go down hill real quick.

    get a socket onto the harmonic balancer and turn it by hand
