Had my ac regassed on my VT 5L.

The repairer said that the low speed fan that runs through the condenser isnt working? checked the relays and they are fine.. any ideas???

Also the center vents arent blowing air on any mode? It seems to only be blowing air through the dash/ windscreen vent across the front.

Got me stumped! anyone got some trouble shooting ideas?

Start by checking that the thin vacuum hose is connected at the rear of the intake manifold and is a tight fit.
As far as I know there is no low speed fan, both fans operate on low and high speeds. If one of your fans is not working, connect 12 volts directly to the terminal and see if it works or not, to eliminate a faulty fan.
