camber kit? if you want perfect tyre wear it will yes
but going fe1 to fe2 is only a small difference and if you had the front camber adjusted
then had your tyres rotated and balanced regularly you will get little tyre wear unless thrashing it
in which case youd wear them out on fe1's anyway~!

my car doesnt have fe1's, its got stock suspension, i checked the plate behind the engine and said 'STD' so im guessin its stock, unless fe1's is the stock

but from stock to fe2 how much difference would it make height wise?

im not sure of exact measurements
i think it only an inch or more
but have never measured it they are lower visually but i nevver mentioned it
they dont tuck tyres under gaurds like ssl springs mind you but do look better

FE2 is just the option number for sports suspension.Theres a lot of different option codes etc, just like GU4 is a 3.08 ratio rear axle.

Just found this posted up,it shows a few different option codes for VT.:You can see FE2 and GU4 are there in the list.We can see the car was optioned with sports suspension and a 3.08 diff.I dont know what the other options would be.Someone would have a list of what they all are..Anyway thats why its called FE2.Theres no FE1 that Ive seen. Its just called STD I think.

VT factory codes
G'day all,
Just bought a V8 VT cheap and went to install some ICE - Came across a piece of paper under the rear carpet and it has the following options... Can anyone please tell me what they all mean? Many thanks

ahh cool didnt know is stk meant stock from other commodores or if it was fe1's

plus i only wanna lower the car an inch, yes they look good when the rims are level with the body, but i dont wanna lower it too far where i have to crawl over speed humps and stuff

What??? I didnt say I wanted to know what they are.You can find them on the net anyway if you look around. Its just an example of the option codes for the commodore. The VS models had the FE2 option available, but the standard suspension option code was just listed as STD in the option code lists for the VS.Ive never seen it listed as FE1, and the compliance plate (on the VS models anyway)also says STD not STK.
