hi all just got a quick question regarding lowering my vt, im want to buy 18" vy ss wheels for it but is it worth lowering my car before the wheels are on?

I spoke to pedders they said it would be ok but im nopt sure

It'll look ridiculous.. Do wheels and then lower it..

Or better, save up a bit more and do both at the same time..

Yeah you're going to get mega 4wd look with 18's and no lowering.. either save or go springs first.

Buy the wheels and lower it at the same time.

ive bought some 18's and am going to put them on next week.

Has anyone got a pic of a VX S with the standard FE2 setup and 18's?

Lower first, nuffin worse than a car with nice rims sitting like a monster truck...
Makes me laugh when i see then caus i know the guy driving it is stupid...
You don't want the rims to attract attention to the fact your car is a truck, you want them to attract attention to the fact your car is sittin low and looking sexy...! :D

Yes I put wheels on it b4 I lowered it.
Click on the link to the piccies.

But I'd say either save up for both or go the wheels first then the lowering.
May look like a 4wd but I think lower cars with either hub caps or small rims look poo. . . . .

THEN lower it n then get rims! lol
Jst drive around on stockies gives it that "In-progress" look... :p
