I was wondering how i would go about lowering my VS Spac, i no they come with Holdens "Sport" suspension setup (Fe2), i want to lowering it a bit more, was wondering what would be the most appropriate setup to do this, i want to keep a majority of comfort and not much bounce as my friends VS Spac seems to bounce like a jumping castle.

Any suggestion and help will be much appreciated.

    Thanks

depends on how much $$$ ya wanna spend
I think SL springs will give you a slight drop from FE2
if comfort is paramount then Id list springs from most to least as
    stock
    lovells
    pedders
    kings
Also good shocks help with the harshness of the rebound ect, bilstein are the ducks nuts but very pricey...monroe or KYB if money is tight
Your tire profile will also factor in for ride comfort,a profile of 40 or less on kings ssl springs with monroe shocks = teeth rattling spine snapping ride :)

Get super low king springs with Monroe gt shocks. Rides nice and tight.

I'd say no to that because nowhere in that ad does it mention any spring rates. Having said that, neither does any shock spring made in Australia.

I only say coilovers as you can adjust them to your personal preference and such.

Comfort or sport and such. (stiff, soft, ect ect)

The dampers may be adjustable, but if you've got random hard ass springs you can't really adjust that.
