Lowering VF2 SV6 Wagon

Hi guys.. have read a lot of posts about the suspension for the vf2 but I’m still so confused aswell!
I have a vf2 sv6 black series wagon and I’m wanting to lower it a fraction.. I really like the ride and height of the vf2 ssv redline wagons,
But I don’t know the heights? Or springs to use?
