Gday guys I’m replacing a flywheel on my ls1 and I have bought a heavy duty flywheel and it does not fit on my ls1. I measured my old flywheel to be 325mm and the new one to be 358mm, why is this so? And do the different gen make any difference to flywheel diameter??

When you say "does not fit", do you mean doesn't bolt on at all?

I think L76s might have had their own slightly different one, but the solid flywheel definitely changed to a dual mass flywheel for the later VEs and VFs, that's about the only one AFAIK (not that I know a lot). The flange should be exactly the same and it should take whatever clutch you were using before.
