Hey guys building first ls1 made from iron 4.8ls,I'm looking at cams ihave contacted jones cams in the states he has come back to me with these cam specs
244/254@50
.375/.360 lobe lift
.637/.612 valve lift
114 lsa
This sounds rather large but his reviews are great but just wanted to get a feel from others on these specs,other engine parts include

-6 forged pistons with valve reliefs
H beam forged rods
Arp bolts
Ls7 gold lifters
Electric waterpump
862 heads shaved down to 58cc larger 1.95 intakes stock 1.55 exhaust ported and polished
Yellaterra 1.7 roller rockers 8mm studs
Awaiting on flow numbers for heads atm
Trailblazer ss intake 50cc injectors
92mm zoo performance tb
Long tube headers
Compression should be close to 12.8.to.1
4l80e transmission with a convertor to suit
This engine all balanced
This engine is going in a fc holden so pretty light at 1200kg finished
