Ls1 head work

G'day, I'm just wondering what the easiest way would be to be able to tell if I have ported and polish heads on my ls1, previous owner said it had head work, it's made 335kw, I do already have a cam,exhaust,otr and headers but I'm not 100% sure about the heads. Any help would be appreciated!

Pull intake manifold off then look inside ports for cnc cutter marks...well known brands like higgins usually have a logo engraved on front.
