This is an LS2? LOL, I must admit it started to click a short while ago, I missed that to picture where it's very clear. Totally different kettle of fish to the LS1. This is why the rear is blocked. The LS2 has a direct crankcase outlet in the valley cover so you don't need the rocker ports at all. It certainly doesn't hurt to have extra but unlike the LS1 it is a much smarter design

No LS1. From the factory manual it was VY2 that changed to the one PCV/rocker vent hose set up. (As opposed to the PCV oil separator in the valley cover)
VX, VY1 has the set up you posted. At VY2 and VZ LS1, this is documented as the design I have.

For $16, I’m hoping I can adapt the LS2 PCV pipe to what I have. What I have is most like LS2. This hose kit also appears to be additional option going by the diagram.
