The problem is that it is so subjective, and everything comes into the equation.

I had a factory stock VR4 and ran it a few times, my times were between 13.5 (factory claimed time) and 14.00 The factors that changes between runs were how aggressively I launched, my reactions and even to how late at night the run was.
Any figure given is only going to be a guess, and you'll either feel awesome as you smashed it or question your mods as the car is a lot slower than you expected.
BTW the only figures that count are the ones achieved at the track, using Dashcommand doesn't count for much as it doesn't consider all the factors.
