Ls1 stock rod bolt torque specs

Any one got info on what the torque specs are for a stock 2000 VT series 2 Ls1 rod bolts.

15 Lb, Ft + 60 degrees
or
15 Lb, Ft + 75 degrees

The bolts look like standard normal looking bolts.
The threads go half way up the bolts.
Some have 2 or more dimples on the bolt heads.

I've looked every where.
