[LS1] Ls1 torque specs

Hi been thru a few posts, but chasing comformation as i dont wanna stuff it up..
New camed ls1 engine, t56 6speed.
(Torque specs)
Hd Flywheel/ clutch
Hamonic balancer old bolt (then new)
Manifold
Water pump
Cheers for any help, hopefully have the new engine in this w,end then off for a retune..

VZ 1 Tonner LS1 M6
Flywheel Bolts...…......…..100Nm......Apply a small amount of Loctite to threads
Pressure Plate Bolts...…..70Nm...…..Apply a small amount of Loctite to threads
Clutch Slave Cylinder Bolts...…….10Nm
Intake Manifold Bolts...…….10Nm
Water Pump Bolts...…………..First Pass 15Nm.....Second Pass 30Nm
Harmonic Balancer Bolt
# ARP Bolt.........….235Ft/lbs with ARP's blue lube applied

# GM Bolt
First Stage............Torque to 240ft/lbs with the old bolt
Second Stage...…...Torque the new bolt to 37ft/lbs....Make sure it is the new bolt
Third Stage...………..Turn bolt a further 140 degrees

So im absolutly strugling to hold the engine down with crane & wedged flywheel bolts to ground .. balancer went on nice & smooth, is it gona b easyer to torque it once back in the car in gear & foot on brake?? Without stressin gbox.

Yeah, will definitely be easier to do it when engine is back in the car
It's not going to do any damage to the gearbox....The car will just want to move when you torque down the bolt
Put the handbrake on
Put it in gear
Chock the wheels
Torque the bolt
