Ls1 VX Calais high idle on startup.

Hey guys.
Today when i started up my Calais it climbed to 2000rpm on idle. Clunked when it went into D but then the idle went back to normal. Has been doing it all day. Any ideas on what it could be? It has a shift kit and mafless tune
