hi guys first time here and after your opinions
its a stock ls3 with 1 7/8 4 into 1 3"hiflo cats twi 3" exhaust duspeed cai
looking at cam swap its not a dd its got 3.23.1diff
been advised to fit 3500 stall with 236/246 615 int 615 exh 114 lsa
tell me what you think and why please

What do you use the car for - drags or just cruiser
What do you want out of the cam - loads of low down torque or max power up top, lumpy or sedate idle
Do you want fuel usage to remain the same or worse

Lumpy idle weekend weapon maybe the odd drag fuel consumption not blown out the window but still want plenty thrill when you stand on it

I personally think that cam you listed is fairly big and would chew through a little more fuel than you would like. Another profile to look at 228/232 111 (or something around these numbers)would produce a fair amount of torque yet create decent power in the higher revs along with a lumpy idle. You still would need a stall with a cam of this size

First cam needs a 4000+ stall. Closer to 4500 I'd say.

Its great to drive i love it it does everything i wanted.
Smooth in traffic. Stand on it and it takes off.fuel economy
Not the best cause im enjoying the power but onthe highway
Its not bad at all. converter stalls 3800 rpm. Gear change 7200
Does everything i wanted
