LT / RS seats compatibility

Will the RS seats fit into a LT easily ? seat memory function preserved also ?

I want an LT as cheaper and I prefer the exterior look, but don't like the RS side skirts, and boot lip spoiler, but like the its interior,,,, oh god !

I'd imagine the RS seats would fit just fine. They dont have memory though.
Once again, only Calais V and VXR have memory seats.
