LT ZB Liquid Substance on Oil Sump

Hi We picked up a new LT ZB yesterday and just noticed on the bottom of the oil sump a liquid substance like spray body sealant (about the consistency of wet putty) has been sprayed on half the sump with some over spray on the oil filter and near areas. Is this normal or during manufacture did a body sealant

The underseal would have been applied prior to engine installation. This makes you wonder about quality control.

Looks like travel wax to me , nothing to worry about I don't think . It's used all the time on imported vehicles

as they are imported , I'd say its a spray applied before the car gets shipped
