LWB VS Ute confusion

V6 auto 2000 Olympic commodore, VS 5ltr 5sp ute
i measured Where the yellow cross hair is located in the pic. The LWB designation is given to wagons and utes as they are longer than the sedans. unlike The VE wagon it shares the same wheelbase as the sedan. Im pretty sure ambos are modified. Remeasure i think yours will be the same, let me know.

Looks like a regular ute to me from your provided photo's. Take a picture of it directly side on.

its definitely a standard ute :p

if its any help. whatever size a double matress is, fits into the back of a VS ute tub.
if its got some metal remaining then its longer :thumbsup:

Mines a t-bar . I have a ute as well. If you compare weights they are significantly different.

Yours is nowhere near an ex ambo length, FACT. Not having 8 tie downs on either side is the easiest way to tell, also that your hard lid maker never made a lid for anything but a standard ute.
