HI I am new to the site, not sure where to intro myself....
I am from South Africa...
Here you get the Isuzu KB 360 V6 with a LY7 motor. mated to a manual 5 speed or a 4L60E auto 4x4 year models 2007 - 2010... Here is no performance parts for these vehicles and I am interested in cams and stuff.... The motor is fairly low on power from the factory only 157kw and 313nm...
Is there guys who can help me identify which motor, if compared to the commodores is in my pick up? Is it even possible? It not lazy, but there is so much more potensial....
What should/can I look out for to compare it with the commodore models?

Some pictures....

From the outside that looks like what we know as the Alloytec. It's found in Commodores from the VZ on. In the Commodore they start with two versions: a fixed cam version, 170kW and a variable cam version of 190kW. That should be something to get started with and some idea of what to look for.

Is there any way to know if this is fixed cam or should the cam cover be removed?
