M80 diff howl

I’ve recently brought a mace m80 rebuild kit and Dana spicer 3.7 diff gears, I’m getting a bad howl coming at about 60km onwards.. have pulled diff down twice to reinspect pinion bearings and gears and everything is fine.. not sure if the howl will quiten the more the gears bed in? Anyone come across this

Who set the diff up? Back lash and wear pattern good?

Mechanical noises generally get worse over time rather than quieter. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for it to get better!
