Mace Inlet Manifold Gaskets - Aluminium Replacement for OEM

These gaskets have been used on the Holden V6 engines since 1988, and this problem has plagued these gaskets since the VN model which I think is before this Dex-cool came into use.

I've not had any other issues on my VN other than intake gaskets.

Maybe the stuff used in the US is different to what we use here?

So are you saying that the problem with the inlet manifold gasket is due to a gasket malfunction post the VN series 3.8?

These gaskets are a must as oem gasket gets older the antifreeze degrades the seal and they start to leak causing a hole array of problems as coolant wicks down gasket into the cylinder casing high Temps cracked heads and head gaskets it also has a negative pressure affect on the pcv and possible oil pressure problems from oil vapour any 3800 over 10yrsold should be upgraded with the alloy gaskets above in my opinion.

Assuming that our Aluminium inlet replacement gaskets are fitted properly and quality coolant is used, these gaskets will last many many times over the plastic versions.
