It's coming :D

We should have the final parts ready in about 3 weeks time. Note that the elbow pictured is a prototype item and will be in black when the revised ones come.

In saying this though, it gives you an idea as to how it fits :)

Big Thanks to Mick aka wildfireSV6's with his HUGE help along the way!

Looks to be a much larger unit than mine....as BigJim says a tight squeeze. Are the intakes at the top and is there a need to remove any rubber trim from the bonnet?

Thanks Pete, the filter is a K&N item

So have I :D

Filter is a K&N panel filter.

Looks good Steve, but bloody tight fit! haha
It is, but it fits nice and snug.

It’s not a small unit that’s for sure, which is why I wanted to try and make this thing work. As for how it fits please check out the instructions below. Please bear in mind that they’re for the V8 variant, however it give you an idea as to how it all installed

On some vehicles they can rub up against the bonnet liner, when the start to sag, which case we can supply a plastic bonnet liner to suit.

Hope this helps

Cheers,
Steve

Yes, you have to cut the rubber trim, however the intake is mainly from a scoop that utilizes almost the entire badged grille
