Usually 9 on highway and 16 round town.
I've had
- JTG Liquid gas injection
- Under driven pulley
- Pacemaker extractors
- 3" X-force system
- Cold air intake
- MAF Less tune
But it's going tomorrow to get re-tuned as it has random flat spots when going from cruising speed to instant full throttle every once in a while (once or twice a week)

Funny you say that, I noticed my car has the same issues once in a while also. The most frustrating thing about all of this is that a lot of these issues are random.

wow. so your tank gives you under 300k's..... ####. that's got to hurt.

Not really, at the end of the day I wanted a powerful daily driver and fuel cost is not a huge concern. Most important to me is that the car is running efficiently in regards to producing as much power as possible with the amount of fuel available, atm I feel my car is not doing this.

M500 those fuel consumption figures are ridiculous.

My MAF tuned 5.7 will get 450kms city (averaging 13/100) and over 600kms highway (10/100) while delivering over 300rwhp.

I have friends with VEs producing a lot more power than mine and getting well under 20ltrs/100kms.

Id be changing your tuner asap.

With generally only 60 useable litres in a tank, youre getting 200kms per tank if your 30/100 is correct. Definately something seriously wrong there.

I agree with Ricey, there's something wrong big time. Just because your car's tuned for power doesn't mean it should be heavy on fuel. As you said in post #21 & 22, your car has tuning issues. Have you talked to your tuner regarding these issues?

Mine has a full twin 3inch exhaust otr & maffless tune, i get around 14-14.5 around town(seen as high as 15.8 but that was due to me being stuck in peak hour traffic) & ive seen as low as 8.8 on the freeway.

no joke - it ranges between 4l-8l when it cuts back to 4cyl mode @ 100kmh (just what it reads on the afm display) doubt it's true tho seems a bit unrealistic

My average km/ tank run at 230 - 260. I am contemplating sending the car back agan to the original tuner, but then again it may be worth giving someone else a look at it.

Anyone got any suggestions?
