If you got a mafless tune done on an LPG system, would it make the ECU go bonkers?

I've actually heard that some tuners are getting fairly good results with tuning cars for LPG. But my understanding is that once they tune for LPG, it won't be all that happy when you put normal petrol in it.

I don't see why the ECU would go bonkers...
