VP SS
I'm putting a sv5000 motor into my vp SS,I had a T5 world series 5spd behind original motor but unfortunately someone stole gearbox while was out of the car!!! I know the SV5000 only came with auto as T5 etc were not considered strong enough for SV5000 power output?? I'm wanting to go manual again maybe T5 but seems 6spd manual are easier to get??? Wanting to know if anyone done 6spd into vp conversion?what's involved? Is it straight forward conversion or not? Any tips & pitfalls etc to avoid? Any good advice appreciated

I have a T56 in my VN. Bit of tunnel bashing, adapter plate, speedo converter thing.

Oh also you need to get a hydraulic pedal box from a VS getrag. These are very hard to find now. Alternatively malwood do a new unit but its not cheap.
