manual torque converter switch

hi guys anyone know which wires needed to install a torque converter lockup switch? 4l60e.
I just made it a full manual with a wire mod but manual toque lockup would be awsum. link for manual below works great.

Hey mate was just wondering how the box held up and whether or not you had any real dramas with it? Did you need to get a tune?
