Hi, my vn series one v6 is throwing a MAP sensor code after i replaced the map (second hand one) whats the chances the second one is faulty or somthing else is wrong, when it starts it runs good for about a minute then the engine light comes on and it runs very very rough and stalls?

Also i have a series one vn v6 manual conversion lined up, a wrecker told me the crank in a motor with an auto attached is different to the motor with a manual and i have to drop the motor and manual in and get rid of the original motor with the auto, anyone know if this is true???
    thanks for anyones help!!!!!!!!!

you just need a 8 bolt flywheel

map sensor code, id get a new one for the sake of it, but first check the hose

the crank shaft is different between manual and auto in the series 1 I think the series 2 crank shafts are compatable with manual flywheels or auto flexplates
