Been getting some BAD noises from my car from under the bonnet over the last couple of weeks and it finally died on me.Anyway after a push up the drive i got under it tonight and found many dents in the trans inspection cover and a very smashed starter.What worries me is what came away in the first place bacause the starter only broke last night and i had the noise for 2 weeks.Im thinking maybe a weight from the drive plate came off as i had been also getting a noise at a certain rev range(2800 to 3200).Got me stuffed.:bang:
Yeah removed the inspection cover and unbolted the starter but im gunna get the trans taken out and have the drive plate checked or replaced and the converter had been belted a bit too but its strong as.It will be towed on Monday.
