hey everyone, i have recently purchased an exedy heavy duty clutch kit with a single mass flywheel conversion. i went to see a mechanic that a friend recommended and he said it would cost $550 to install it. i also wanted to get my oil, filter, gearbox oil and diff oil changed and he said another $300 for that although i would be providing the oils and filter.

i just wanted to know if i am being ripped off. to me the clutch kit install seems about right but the oils and filter seems way too high.

thanks

I'd agree, clutch install sounds about right but with you supplying the oils it's a bit high.
