pull the kickpanel off the passengers side, unscrew the ecu(silver box in a black plastic cradle) pull the ecu out of cradle(need to remove plugs from memory), then undo the end cover and theres a blue memcal inside.

push the 2 clips either side, a white one and a blue one, towards the outside of ecu and lift the memcal out.

reverse procedure for putting it back in, well, push the blue memcal in til the clips click in, and make sure its the right way around

Good thing you don't have a VP... anybody ever tried getting the anti-theft panel off from around the ecu?

    -_-

There is a easy way to get around the anti theft cover that is over the computer

just get a nice sharp cold chisel and give the 2 (from memory) rivets a good wack with the cold chisel and they just sheer right off

This is the best way i know of getting to covers off, you can drill them out but it is a pain in the backside
