Ive had it since it came out a month or so ago...

I'm glad theyve gone back to their original metal not like that load n reload hiphop crap they were leanin toward.

Still I think And Justice For All was the best but thats my opinion.

oops i had a feeling i had seen a thread about it but didnt bother to search sorry.
and god theres some fkn sooks in that other thread comparing metallica to various other bands but that wasnt what the thread was about it was about METALLICAS NEW ALBUM it wasnt titled whos the better band out of all these *insert list here*.
if some of those people actually bother to listen to it properly they would realise that its still the same old metallica, although the music sounds different they are sending the same message across that they were in master of puppets, and justice for all etc

Album is great. Download the Guitar Hero 3 mp3 rips because they are superior in quality to the actual album version. You can hear the bass better. I have this playing in my car at the moment.

Nup sorry guys going against the grain. I still think the original members of metallica (you know, long hair, bad attitude) are frozen in the back of a record executives office, and these punces put in their place to play songs written by the people who brought you britney and various other manufactured 'talent'. And no, I still havent listened to albums such as 'st anger'.

I have had the album for several weeks, and I think I heard 1 metallicaish riff.. 'love is a 4 letter word'......my god.....

    It just aint metallica.

    Sorry

How the hell can you say this doesn't sound like Metallica? My Apocalypse could have been on the Justice album. The End of the Line, All Nightmare Long, Judas Kiss and My Apocalpyse in my opinion stand up to anything they have previously done. Its a seriously good album.
