While I've previously said that I wouldn't bother doing one of these again given the decent prices that people have been mentioning on JC for mobile guys to do it, when I could only get one guy to quote me, at $380, I folded.

Forgot to take a pic of it in car, suffice to say it was only being held up by the various bits screwed to the roof.

The old foam is super sticky....far more than the last time I did one.

The bulk of it is gone but still lots of little crumbs on it.....the wire and dust pan brushes are clogged and it is beer o'clock so it can wait till tomorrow.

Great work so far.
That grot is the worst.

I was going to ask if you found the right fabric you were after.

Don't do what I did on my first one that I did myself and bought the foam separate to the cloth. It doesn't lay perfect when you try and get the cloth over the foam. The proper pre-glued cloth and foam is way easier to get right.

Will be using the same vinyl that I used for the VS but a different colour.

It is darker than the original but should look alright.

Wrapped it this arvo.

Trickier than the VS board as it is much deeper.

There are a couple of air bubbles and creases in it but these should generally be covered by trim pieces so fingers crossed won't be too noticeable.

It is trimmed to finish but, of course, ran out of glue.
