how much more difficult are they to drive, theyre fine
how much is the turn in affected sharp turns on rough road is dreadful for your tread and axels but other than that it skips the inside wheel
are they more difficult to park with? YES
what else changes unless you have nolathane bushes you can kiss your bushes goodbye within 3 months
just general tips for driving with one

thanks

if the car is IRS theyre a bit weaker than live axel but spools are nowhere near as bad as people think, ive had them in a few of my daily drivers, but in a stock 3.8ltr is it really nescissary?

Im going to have a random guess what your like and im going to say dont do it, no only is it illegal, but useless on the road.
If you do it, dont complain when: You get defected, crash, hurt yourself and expect to get ultimately flamed if you cause harm to other people because of your actions with it.

Also consider your insurance void.

He's already decided he's getting one. When I get mine I had the idea of putting a bit of electrical tape on the steering wheel at the point just before it starts to skip, and then just mirror it when turning the other way.

You want tips for driving a spool?

Drive it hard.
Thats what they're designed for.
Awesome donuts and very predictable once you get the hang of it.
Put aside lots of money for tyres and fines
