    Hi Guys.

Over the past 4-5 days I have noticed a minor loss in power in my VS V6.

It doesn't feel like its misfiring, it just feels sort of restricted....it just doesn't have that up and go it usually has and the throttle feels slightly heavier and less resonsive and less willing to downshift when I plant it

Its taking almost 2 seconds longer to get from 0-100.

Plugs and leads are only 1500km (2 months old)
Fuel filter replaced 3 weeks ago
changed air filter incase it was clogged
    MAF Sensor looks ok
Catalytic Converter is only 6 months old (100 Cell High Flow)
Had a brief look and can't find any noticable vacuum leaks
    Reset ECU just incase
Have refuelled since so not bad fuel

Not sure where to go from here....

    Any suggestions

Haven't checked fuses....are you referring to the fuses in the engine bay or the ones in the kick panel.

Will clean the MAF this evening, when I can find my can of cleaner

Sorry to sound stupid, I know how to check the wedge style fuses but how do I check the larger black fuses (such as fuel pump, ignition etc)

I am great mechanically but when it comes to electrical I am hopeless :p

They aren't fuses they are relays :)

With the relays just check for any obvious signs of corroding on the terminals or over heating of the relay. If you dont have a test light or multi meter you can check by having a mate turn on the ignition and you should feel a click beneath your fingers of which ever relay your checking. Also remember a fuse probably under your steering column is needed to run to the relay.

You know your car and I know myself you know when something isn`t right.
All I can think of is clean out throttle body take it apart and clean.

    Well time for an update.

Cleaned the MAF, Put my spare set of 8mm leads on, changed the bad rear demister fuse.

Now feels alot better and alot more like its old self.

The only problem that remains is that its still a little hesitant to downshift. It usual just takes a small tap on the accelerator to drop down and take off but now I have to go around half throttle before it decides to kick down.

    Any ideas?
