You won't really notice any gains at all, even combined with a good air filter. Maybe 3-5kw but like i said, nothing noticeable.

The L67 CAI just looks nice sitting in the engine bay.

If you come across one dirt cheap, grab it, but for what they're going for on eBay I wouldn't bother.

Oh I've read somewhere that it improves throttle response and helps get a better fuel economy. What's a good price?
How hard are they to install if I do it myself? Is it just a piece of plastic that gets stuck to the top of the radiator or something? Because that's what it looks like lol

It's easy to put in, you need to enlarge the hole in the airbox to suit.

There is a small increase in throttle response, but not much to write home about.

Ah ok I'll take it apart tomorrow to have a look (I haven't done it before). If I find one at a wreckers would it come with a bigger airbox hole?

I just googled the address and put it in my iPhone and it's about 7 minutes away haha. It seems that most people have the super6 CAI. Would they have that you reckon?

Yeah it does slightly improve throttle response and fuel economy, but once again you'd barely notice. Very simple install, around 10-15 minute job.

eBay has a few SS inductions for a ridiculous $300 new and around $150 second hand. It's a bit too pricey for just small gains. Around $50 would be reasonable.

Also, I've heard good things about the Mace CAI. They seem to be superior to the OTR CAI's. Just something else to consider.

no harm in tryin dood like i said they deal with the older commies BLACK DIAMOND wreckers used to be good used to get alot of my stuff from them i picked up some pacemakers from them for $150 only a year old now they deal with the european holdens (YUCK) lol my advice would be to give HOLDSPARES a ring

18s are pretty rough also.. Not just the wheels you haft to get a good suspension package for the ride quality.. Thinking about selling my king springs ultra lows with monroe gt shocks soon for some better suspension if your interested?

Ah I'm going to get Pedders springs and shocks. I've been talking to a mate about it. He's had the Monroe's and kings combo and did t like it. Yeah I reckon I might get SSV's. Gotta get em photoshopped so I can have a look. Thanks for the offer though.
