Hello,
Was driving recently and vehicle suddenly started Misfiring and started giving me a Stability Ctrl Fault on the Dash (Later i also got a ABS and Brake Warning. I have been at it for a week trying to Diagnose the issue with no Fix....What ive done:

* Pulled Fault Codes - PO306 Cylinder 6 Misfire
* Ohm Tested the Ignition leads (Which are good)
* Swapped the coil to check if it was the problem (it wasnt)
* Checked all the Spark Plugs (Changed earlier this year and looked fine)
* Removed the Driver's Side Cat and it also looked good (Still need to get it tested)
* Changed Battery.

My suspicions are there is a slight warp in the front discs and whilst braking it has tripped a wheel sensor but would that cause an engine Misfire?.... im not getting any codes relating to a Wheel sensor issue. Any help would be most appreciated.

Might be a dodgy injector.

Or a injector connector,
and a faulty ABS sensor, or a connector,
Depending on the model, I read somewhere there was a issue with the loom that runs past the fuel tank on the right hand side, not 100% sure what model/variant, but the connector is besides the fuel tank connector and then splits off to the both rear wheel hubs. [I noticed it on mine, when I pulled the tank out last year]
Probably best to get is scanned first, that will give you a starting point to see if its Front or Rear end that's causing the ABS to go into fault.

Do you think that might explain the Misfire?

Measure the injectors resistance
It should be around 13 ohms

Just an update.....car had to go into the Smash repairer for some minor work. did put a new set of Iridium Plugs in the car before i took it to the Repairer with no luck. I have now completed all Ignition Checks (Coils, Leads & Plugs). Looking like its a fuel problem. Will update when i get her back in a week or 2 and take a look. Still Scratching my Head why im getting a Misfire code, got back from a 1500Km Drive to SA last Month and she didnt miss a beat.....Very Strange!!!

I'm tipping its a sensor, and/or an injector,
Swap around the injector and see if the misfire moves to another cylinder.
Then have it scanned again, and will indicated if it has changed.

Have you measured the injectors resistance as sugested?

It might make you stop scratching your head and show what the issue is.
