my vr v6 auto has a slight miss just above idle! otherwise its all good?
i have replaced the spark plugs and checked the leads for high resistence, changed fuel filter and added a can of fuel injection cleaner.
    any ideas please!

believe it or not but this is normal, and i mean 'just' above idle you will get a 'slight' miss.....

its got to do with the physical characteristics of the 90 degree v6. Im a motor mechanic and learnt to listen to different parts of a motor, some people naturally have that gift. go out to a buick v6 and accelerate from idle the least you can, thats where the miss is. actually i wouldnt go as far as calling it a miss, but thats what it appears to be like.

Can you describe the miss a little more. If its standing out to you its not normal, especially if it wasnt doing it before.

you only notice it if you hold the revs just above idle from say 1000 to about 1300 rpm!
otherwise you dont know its there.
could it be a coil or crank angle sensor or something like that?

sounds normal, but are you sure its 1300rpm and not just above idle?
