Mode Button Won't Reset

Could this be.
I tried to reset the mode button back to zero to see how many km's we do a week and how much fuel i am getting out of a tank and it won't rest to zero.Can this happen to only one mode control as all the other features seem to work?

You press the two arrow buttons simultaneously to reset the Km's..

Did you keep pressing mode til you get to the KM travelled and then press both buttons?

Yea that happened to me awhile back, i just left it for a hour or so and it started working again,try just pressing both button and not holding them down.

Thanks-But that didn't work i will just use pen and paper for a while.

Hold left button down, then whilst still holding down , press the right hand side..that should reset your trip meter...
If not stick to your pen & paper...

Make sure it's on the right mode though
