ok get your self some fibreglass mating about 1foot squared will do chop it into 4 equal peices get some resin and hardener chop the skirts at the rear about 5-10cm from the very rear (make the gap to the size you need and alow about 1mm for shrinkage) then get the fibre glass sheeting and mix some resin up and brush it on the inside of the side skirt where the fibreglass sheeting will be going alow to dry till tacky. then lay your sheets of fibreeglass over the tacky resin and mix up another fresh batch of resin and dab the fibreglass sheeting with a brush which has been diped in resin (the fibre glass should go transparent) then alow to dry for about 2 hours. once dry get some body filler (not the one with the fibreglass in it as its a prick to sand) lay the body filler over the out side of the side skirt (where the gap is) then sand back alow to dry and paint. if you want more details just let us know.

cheers mate.... i just tried heating it with the gun and then fitting it. it worked to a degree... still having a fair bit of trouble though. seems to twist along the lenght, but ive fixed it off underneath with some button head screws just for now while i play with it some more.

how much would i be looking at to get it fitted? surely it would be alot easier for a panelbeater??? other side seems alot easier aswell.

    cheers
