Depending on whether you would be happy to switch sides but Fords made a proper panel van right up until at least the late 90s EF not sure if EL had the option. Just need to stick a Tickford engine in and bin the grey top.

There was also the VS Ambulance. I'm not overly familiar with it so can't shed much detail other than it was a slightly longer wheel base, AFAIK.

There were a few ambo models (3 doors) both Holden and Fords, I don't mind them - just got to find something under 15k and willing to swap

Really not interested in anything over the 90's unless its already 8
