So after my previous woes with the TPS and changing the throttle body and TPS over to fix it, last night I started getting a CEL while driving home, However it was only showing CEL when I wasn't touching throttle (like rolling downhill on highway etc)

I would hear a noticeable change in intake noise when this happened but the code it returned was 22 (TPS voltage too low)

The noticeable change in Intake noise leads me to believe it might not actually be TPS though, Is it possible for MAP / IAC Issue to trigger this code?

The car drove fine but I could definetly hear a change in idle rpm at times (Possibly IAC opening / closing when it shouldn't)

Low input voltage can be bad electrical connections. Clean the electrical sockets and earths . Did you use a genuine TPS?

As Mikc above said connections are a big issue. Try unplugging cleaning and replugging tps connector a few times, also at ECU.

Had same issue.
Some new sensors come with new plugs.
