MP3 through standard sound system

Besides vlad interface why would there be? Still going strong for me on the latest iOS and lightning 30 pin adaptor.

What I should have said was, are there there any new "cheap" ways of going about this?? F###ed if I'd be paying $300 odd doll hairs just for a line in connection!

I can't do the hard wire mod, as much as I'd like to be too, because my CD player don't work, so I don't have the ability the play a blank cd........

Has anyone brought one of these?

Hey guys - just did this mod yesterday-

GTO Hard Wire Tutorial

But not having done anything like this before, seems as though i screwed up slightly:
It works, but only the dash speakers and back speakers are working - nothing from my 2 front door speakers.
Any ideas what I've done? Or haven't done properly?

I did the similar mod where you desolder a couple resisters then resolder in new resisters with the Aux plug attached. I have a female jack in the centre console (could have put it anywhere)
Works great!
