yeah i know mate, ive meet only one other troy in my whole life.
Look on car forums and theyre everywhere!

well been having some gearbox/clutch issues...

so the whole drive line, box and clutch is all out.. cars in peices everywhere lol =[

gear box seems fine, clutch seems very good since it was replaced brand new before i bought it..
thrust bearing needs replacing and we replacing the spicket bearing as well as the rear main seal while its out...

hopefully this will sort out the troubles ive been having. Will be giving the box and few other bits a nice bit of degreaser ..will post pics soon!

I agree with everyone else - looks sweet man.

Especially when so many cars that colour fade and peel - it's good to see one nice and new looking. Internationals look sweet. And I can imagine that it sounds mean as hell - the exhaust on my caprice is real similar to yours.

Good luck with it.

cheers buddy. its got a few spots n marks that i notice since its my car, but yeah no major dings or anything in her. I was thinking of changing the exhaust but a few people say it sounds tuff as...

so this exhaust will stay on until the time comes for a twin 2 1/2" :)

Well after getting back into the garage today and pulling out the clutch and flywheel...
I think we found the source of the problem..
Looks like a new heavey duety clutch and new flywheel are on there way asap!
So as of a few weeks a should have pretty much a whole new setup excluding gear box..
We will be replacing Real main seal, thrust bearing, flywheel, heavey duety clutch, fixing hand brake while we're there and spiket bearing.
Any help as to what brand/type of clutch i should put back into the ss would be appreciated..

Here's a few pic's..

The cause of the problems.

And you can see in these pics the fly wheel and clutch have been worn down a few mm or so its that bad..
