pics are up now! just watching the way i spend my money at the moment mate, if im interested ill let u know, but u'll probably have sold them by then. cheers, aidan.
thats a nice lookin exec you have there man, just needs to be sittin lower and itll look mint on those ve ss's
haha yeh man, as soon as i get the money together shes gettin dropped on ultra lows... until then ill just have to put up with the 3 metre gap between the top of my wheel and the wheel arch lol.
anyone have anything to say about Lovells? i got quoted $950 for king spring ultra lows (with shocks) installed, or i can have the Lovells equivelant for $680... and they'll ballance the wheels aswell.
ive had no problems at all with lovells springs, they've never given me a problem do those prices also include a wheel alingment? as thats recomended when lowering your car
hmm ok then, myself id go with the lovells quote as ur gonna get more value for money than going with the king springs quote do you mind me asking where abouts you got the quote from? pm your answer if you dont wanna say here
king spring is from rockingham suspension and the lovells was from ian diffen rockingham, yeh im leaning towards that but now im starting to wonder whether or not the ian diffen quote included shocks, i may have heard him wrong... but he said its everything i need, and if is going to be ultra low then it will definetly need shocks. im gonna give him another call to confirm tomorrow, if it does include shocks then ill book her in soon. just gotta fork out for stamp duty, rego n a service first ... ouch! haha.
ah ok then, prob wouldnt hurt to find out ouch thats not gonna be cheap, but the wait is definately worth it though
had a look into it a bit more... the Lovells Superlows quote of $680 didnt include shocks... so i decided to go for the King Spring Superlows for $470... shes booked in for monday so will post pics when i get it done.
hmm thats rather interesting the price difference there how does it look sittin nice and low all round now?
yeh i know... $210 difference! looks pretty good hey, will post up some pics tomorrow called insurance today n was careful with the way i worded it... i told them i upgraded my suspension and that i put king spring SL's in it.. haha didnt tell them SL stood for superlow. just incase they added to my premium or anything.
sweet cant wait to see how it looks haha with that you may want to let them know what springs that are in there, other wise they could be nasty about insuring you, when i let my insurance know about lowering mine the payments didnt go up, only did when i told them about my 20s so you should be fine
