Ex fleet 2003 VY Berlina with 230+ K's, runs like a charm!

Current Mods:
VY SS 18" Rims
Alpine 6X9s
Alpine Splits
LED Number plate globes
LED Parker lights
HID's (6000k)
LED DRL's
Blue footwell lighting
HBD Front lip
Calais Rear skirts
Darkest legal tint
Slotted brake discs
King Spring SL and KYB shocks

Future Mods:
Alpine head unit
HBD Boot lip spoiler

Im leaving most of the engine stock, will consider a pod filter if it's worth it.

Any ideas with what else I should do?

2003 VY Berlina with Calais Bits
Nice dude Berlina dude, great cars.. Might be Bias but;)...

HBD front lip = eBay.. $165 + postage.
Foggies = eBay for the black ganish + Chrome light rings.. Or Holden.. (Chrome from Holden super costly)
Fog Lights them self, get the Narvn? Kit. Cheaper then the $180 holden wants for just the lights
Fog Light Switch= $40 from Holden. CHEAPER THEN EBAY!

All the Calais Satin Chrome bits - get prices from holden and then look on eBay.. Holden is cheaper ive found for some bits..

Need to get VZ Calais lights and Reflectors IMO, or VZ Berlina/VY S2 Calais lights. Choice is yours.

VZ Calais Bumper extensions and skirts would look nice to.. Same as what im doing/done.

You mentioned taking off the Berlina Badge, yet you wont get a exhaust cause its a luxury model? Ahh? Arnt you now just making it look like a VZ acclaim with no Berlina badge?
Meh..

Exhaust maybe consider a twin cat setup with a stock VY SS exhaust, slight improvement over stock, yet not loud. Or/and if you want get extractors.. Will imporve the performance, and wont make it that loud!.

Performance mods for the ecotec.. ahh.. not worth it.. EG. A turbo kit may be $5k.. But once all the other things are done, like tune, gearbox etc.. Its closer to $15k. More then initial purchase price, or close to it!.

If you want a faster take off diff gears would be a thing to look into.. 3.46 would be good for all round driving.. Will beat a stock ecotec off the line... And still be good on the open road!

Kings Super Lows all around will give it a nice stance like you want... Check my car for pics of that....

Again.. Nice car.. Should turn out good!

haha...yeah didn't get round to taking off the Berlina badge, looked too cheap without it.

Can't wait to get the Calais lights though!

King Springs super lows are just too low IMO, not sure where else to go though...

SL arnt that low, its the first step down from stock..... So i dont what you can do.. If its to low you could buy the 8mm springs spacers to raise it that little bit?

Speaking performance again...

Without going up to a turbo or supercharger, what can I do inbetween to increase performance whilst still keeping that cruisy feel of the engine.

Diff gears i'll deffinately look into...anything else? I'm thinking towards the spark plugs and fuel injectors kind of thing, or air intake for example.

Let me know please,

Cheers!

Get a new cam or higher ratio rockers
Definately get a better intake setup like a over the radiator CAI

Leaving the exhaust stock limits things a bit...
