Gary Myres' twin blown Mustang is pretty cool...

The vibration is probably because the drive shaft yokes out of sync when they spin. Adjusting the angle of the diff should help. This gets the angle of the uni joints the same front and rear.

The proper way to do it is to get yourself an angle guage and put it against the front uni and then adjust the angle of the diff intil the rear is the same. The uni has to be at 90 deg like a + not an x. Doesn't matter what angle the car is on as long as the rear one is set the same as the front without moving the car.

So rotate your drive shaft until the front uni is straight up and down and take the angle of the uni in a line through the body of it. The rear uni should be vertical as well, if it isn't then your uni's are out of phase and the drive shaft has been done incorrectly. Then put the gauge against the rear uni and adjust the diff until the angle is the same.

*EDIT This is an interesting read. http://jniolon.clubfte.com/drivelinephasing/drivelinephasing.html

It says to have the car level, but all you are doing is matching the front and rear pinion angles, so it doesn't really matter.

Sorry, I kept saying uni, when I meant pinion. Put the angle finder against the pinion, I don't suppose it really matters what the position of the uni is.
