uhhhm... good question! ill have to check. you will need 2 sizes. one for overflow and other for vapor hoses.
to get tank out!
Before you start jack your car up and put it on blocks. Pull the right hand read wheel off! Then undo the 3 screw for the inspection plate in the wheel arch.
1. Pull your tow bar out. (Full system)
2. Hook up a hose to your fuel line and empty it. (I did mine into a jerry can)
3. Undo the 4 bolts holding the tank.
4. Pull the tank down and to the left. Then when you can see the lines running through one of the metal beams cut them. (The neck is only sitting in the rubber grommet. You may be able to pull the grommet out.)
5. Tank will fall out! Then clean the tank. (I sprayed mine)
6. Look at how to the hoses go. (Ill try find the link I used)
7. Go to Repco or Autobarn or whatever and buy one meter length of the big one and 2 meters of the small one, get clamps to. (Ill get measurements)
8. Hook it all up with the clamps except for the parts that run under one of the metal beams.
9. Get a jack or something to set the tank on. Then run the hoses through the beam.
10. Pull the Grommet out and put the neck in the hole. Jack the tank up while at the same time pull the hoses more.
11. When its up then put the tank straps on it and bolt it on.
12. Hook the rest of the hoses up if you haven't.
13. Put the tow bar system back on. I didn't! Put you fuel line back on.
14. Fill her up and try to start her!

Let me know if you need more help!

hey guys haven't done much lately but i thought i would do a bit of an update,
yesterday and today i have been working on the Vk.
i pulled the whole front end off and cleaned up a lot of old grease. i also was missing the clutch/gearbox cover so i got a mate to make one up and i bolted that on (the fly wheel was exposed and was starting to chip the teeth).
i also glued a couple bit on here and there.
thinking about getting a new exhaust and new carby.
Thoughts?

Sounds good man, are you going to put the calais rear on? What did u use to put the calais trims back on? On my old vk calais replica i made metal versions of the proper plastic ones using parts from rare spares , if that helps
