bought this about a month ago. the new daily.
1 slx vh wagon with a gutless 253 and 4 speed with 6 months rego. needed lots of work and have been doing lots of work to it. did a 10mph paint job of mix matched acrylic in the back yard. put vq bigger breaks (same as vp v8), lowerd suspention, custom rear floor mat. brand new clutch. and various rwc repairs. el thermos (recommend mod. they just just fit. recomend bigger alternator)
and now
will get more photos as more gets done.
plans are...
100amp alternator
stereo. with tablet as a head unit, & subwoofer
flame thrower exhaust with fishtail tips
a/c delete.
manual steering conversion (if one comes up cheep)
and a turbo were the heater core normally lives
fix the speedo.
space saver spare wheel.
questions. what have people done for electric thermo trigger? (currently a toggle switch)
recommended tablet for head unit. apple/android?
