How did you get one of these in Belgium ?

Couldn't be too many of them over there ?

Hi, we have a 2011 VE Ute and have just been told that the engine cover is leaking and needs to be replaced... massive 8 hour job costing $2000.00. Has anyone had to do this and what happens if we don't? it's only done 111k. If it definitely needs to happen is the cost excessive?

The engine cover is merely a piece of plastic that covers the unsightly components of the engine. There is nothing to leak from the engine cover.

You might want to confirm what the real, claimed issue is.
